reInit
Reinitialise, so that the same instance can read another input.
Parameters
nStartLine
the line number the first character is on. 1-based.
nStartColumn
the column number the first character is at. 1-based.
nBufferSize
the size of the internal buffer, in characters. The buffer is only reallocated if the size differs from the current one.
